These Terms govern your access to Bible Life, including the app, website, and related services. By using Bible Life, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed through your account.
Using Bible Life
Bible Life provides Scripture reading, illustrated content, journaling, prayer, notes, recommendations, and related tools. You may use the service only for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the service, access it by unauthorized means, reverse engineer restricted portions, distribute malware, harass others, or submit content that is illegal or infringes another person's rights.
Your content and sharing
You retain ownership of journal entries, prayers, notes, and other content you create. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and provide Bible Life and features you choose to use.
Journals may contain sensitive information. Review content before using a public or share feature. You are responsible for content you intentionally share and for having the rights needed to share it. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect users and the service.
Subscriptions and purchases
Bible Life may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Current prices, billing periods, trials, and included features are shown before purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and managed with RevenueCat. Unless the store states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage cancellation and refund requests through the store account used for the purchase, subject to that store's rules.
Scripture, artwork, and intellectual property
Bible text may be public domain or provided under third-party terms. Bible Life's software, original artwork, visual identity, designs, and other service materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not give you permission to commercially reproduce or redistribute those materials.
Spiritual and professional-care disclaimer
Bible Life supports Scripture reading and personal reflection. Recommendations, AI-assisted content, reminders, and journal prompts may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed thoughtfully. Bible Life does not replace Scripture, church community, pastoral counsel, emergency services, or medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional care.
Service changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates risk, or when required by law. You may stop using Bible Life at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Account Deletion Policy.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Bible Life is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every individual need. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of Bible Life. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction.
Governing terms and changes
Applicable law and consumer protections where you live may affect these Terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these Terms; when required, we will provide notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
